Program Details
Open to current Arch Med clients in good standing.
Referred organization must be non-affiliated with referring organization.
Eligible only for imaging equipment lifecycle support.
Each referral earns 5% of the referred client's monthly bill, up to 20% of your bill per referral and 80% combined.
Credits track the referred client's actual payments.
Keep your contract active and renew at least 60 days before expiration to stay eligible and rollover credits.
Who can I refer?
Non-affiliated healthcare providers or businesses for the same type of service.
How much can I earn?
You earn 5% of each referred client's monthly bill, or 7% during the first 90 days of the program. Each referral can reduce your bill by up to 20%, and multiple referrals together can cover up to 80% of your monthly bill.
When will I see the credit?
Credits are issued quarterly and applied to the following quarter's monthly payments, for up to 12 months.
What keeps me eligible?
An active contract, no past-due balances, and renewal at least 60 days before expiration.
What happens after I submit?
Your Arch Medical account contact is notified and will follow up to discuss the referral. If the referred organization has already reached out and in active communications with us, no worries, we'll ensure the credit is applied.
