The Arch Medical Story

At Arch Medical, our mission is personal.

When both of his parents were diagnosed with cancer within months of each other, founder Nolan Menefee became their patient advocate. What he saw was alarming: too often, life-saving imaging machines were down, delaying care when time mattered most.

The turning point came when Nolan’s father, recovering from a stroke, couldn’t get critical MRIs because the hospital’s scanner was broken. With an engineering background and sheer determination, Nolan dug into manuals, diagnosed the issue, and brought the machine back online—restoring care not just for his dad, but for every patient on the floor.

From that moment, he made it his mission to ensure hospitals—especially those in rural and underserved communities—never face that kind of delay again. What began as a small service effort has grown into Arch Medical, a trusted partner across the midwest.

We exist for one reason: to keep diagnostic imaging equipment working, so providers can focus on what matters most—healing patients.
